TPA (Transfer of Property Act) ka chapter to andha sa hi lagta tha, lakin ab main aapko kuch real tips de sakta hoon. Sabse pehle, yeh samajho ki property law mein property ke types bahut hi importnat hain - free, leasehold, etc. TPA mein transfer, conveyance, gifts, mortgages sab topics aate hain. Mere liye, TPA ka concept toh bahut hi jatil tha, lakin maine apne notes mein ek table banaya tha jisme in sab conditions ko likh diya tha. Ye TPA ki definition pe thoda debate hai. Meri opinion hai, Transfer Pricing Agreement (TPA) hai jab company apne group companies ke beech income or expense ko transfer karne ke liye agreement rakhti hai, jisse tax savings ho sake.
