Preparing for General Law in Limited Time: Evidence Act/BSA Study Plan

evidence general intermediate schedule_help

Main abhi LLB aur UPSC Law optional ka study kar raha hoon. Main aakarshan ya kuch nahi hain, lekin mujhe yeh samajh aai hai ki BSA aur Evidence Act ko samjhaana bahut zaroori hai. Main 2 din ka study plan banana chahta hoon. Pehla din BSA ka, jahaan main section 3 se 22 tak padunga aur section 3 ke baad ka chapter 4 aur 5. Dusra din Evidence Act ka, jahan main sections 1-5 tak padunga aur special topics jaise hearsay aur relevant evidence. Yeh plan kya hai? Kahin yeh kamjor hai?

Kya baat hai, student! Don't worry about the time constraint. Create a focused study plan, prioritize Evidence Act and BSA, and allocate realistic time slots. Breakdown topics into manageable chunks, make flashcards or notes, and practice past year questions. Set achievable milestones and review regularly. Remember, preparation is key, not perfection. You got this!

Yeh plan ke liye kuch points clear hone chahiye. First, aap Evidence Act aur BSA ka brief study karein. Then, focus karein topic par practice questions aur previous years ka syllabus. Aap BSA ka short notes banate rahein, iska aadhar Evidence Act par hoga. Time ke liye kuch important topics ko pick karein aur unhein focus karein. Regular practice questions aur revision se aapki taiyari strong hogi.

Main toh aapke sath nahi hoon! Ek samay mein sabhi topics cover karne ki zaroorat nahin hai. Focus karein evidence aur BSA par, aur un topics ko dekhnein jo aapke paper mein aayein hain. Ek samay mein 10-12 topics par practice karne se kuch khaas nahin hoga, aapko depth milne se kuch aur zaroorat hai.
