Yar, apne personal data delete nahi karne par koi bhi penalty kya hai? Iska answer Section 43A of IT Act 2008 mein hai. Agar koi company breach happens, aur unhe iske baare mein jawab nahi diya, toh un par Rs 1 crore ka fine ho sakta hai. Lekin iski condition hai ki breach mein data leak nahi hota, aur company ne breach ke baare mein company board ko inform kiya hona chahiye.
