Bas yehi hai question, RBI ki intention theek thi, lekin implementation mein kya gap tha? Aur yeh pahali baar Paytm ko regulation ki phase mein daalne ki wajah se unka business affect hua. Mera khayal hai ki regulation ko thoda flexible karna jaruri hai, taaki startups ko bhi ek chance mile. Frustration toh sabki hogi, lekin solution acha hone chahiye.
