Pavan Kumar Singh's Constitutional Law Notes: A Mixed Bag

I used Pavan Kumar Singh's notes for Constitutional Law for Judiciary mains. The good part is, they're concise and cover all the important topics. The author has a knack for breaking down complex concepts into simpler terms, which is helpful for us students. His examples from Indian cases, like Kesavananda Bharati (247 D) and Minerva Mills (263 B), are useful in understanding the judicial review. However, I found some of the sections a bit superficial, especially the ones on the Emergency Provisions. Additionally, he has a tendency to use overly broad statements without sufficient explanations, which can be misleading. Overall, it's a decent resource, but don't rely solely on it for your preparations.
