The author has a knack for breaking down complex concepts into simpler terms, which is helpful for us students. His examples from Indian cases, like Kesavananda Bharati (247 D) and Minerva Mills (263 B), are useful in understanding the judicial review. However, I found some of the sections a bit superficial, especially the ones on the Emergency Provisions. Additionally, he has a tendency to use overly broad statements without sufficient explanations, which can be misleading. Overall, it's a decent resource, but don't rely solely on it for your preparations.

Pavan Kumar Singh's notes are a decent resource, especially for beginners. Coverage of some topics is impressive, but gaps in others are noticeable. One thing I'd like to add - there's room for improvement in case laws. A few notable judgments are missing. Overall, it's a good starting point, but don't rely solely on it for exam prep.
