"Bhai, offer aur acceptance mein koi doubt hai toh humein contract act ka Article 2 par padhna padega. Yeh kahega ki offer kareeb karne ka faisla offerer ke paas hai aur woh koi bhi condition lagaa sakta hai. Lekin jab acceptance hota hai, toh woh unconditional honi chahiye. Jab conditional acceptance hoti hai, toh yeh valid nahin hai, isliye offerer hi jeetta.
