Aapke baare mein sachchai nahi pata, lekin agar sach hai ki ladki ne self-defense kehte hue apne pati ko jalaya toh uska ek valid defence hoga, par iske liye court mein solid evidence aur witnesses ke saath jaake sabit karna hoga. Koi bhi case ko sahi ya galat nahi kahaniye, court ke decision ke aadhar par hi hoga.
