Nailed It or Failed: Constitutional Law for Judiciaries

constitutional judiciary intermediate mentor_advice

Listen up, juniors! I've seen many of you struggle with Con Law for Judicial Services. Don't make the same mistakes I did. First, get the basics right - Part III of the Constitution, Articles 14-35. Memorize those articles, but don't stop at just memorizing. Understand the concepts, the reasoning behind each article, and the precedents setting them up. Now, when you're practicing questions, don't just mug up the answers. Break down the question, identify the relevant article, and justify your answer. Remember, the judges ask why, not just what. And please, for God's sake, don't confuse Fundamental Rights with Directive Principles of State Policy!

Ye to bahut accha vichaar hai! Lekin, mujhe lagta hai ki hum judicial review aur its scope par bahut jaada dhyan nahin de rahe. Kya aap logo ne Bharat mein 1973 ki Constitution (42nd Amendment) Amendment Act aur SC vs. Keshavananda Bharati ka reference liya hai? Inka impact judicial independence aur basic structure par hata hai.

Kya kya hai yeh topic! The title 'Nailed It or Failed: Constitutional Law for Judiciaries' seems to be a bit of a mix-up. To clarify, is yeh article mein discussing the judiciary's role in upholding constitutional law, or is it evaluating their performance? If it's the former, it's a great topic! If it's the latter, it might be more subjective. Koi aur sawal bhi hai, plz clarify!
