My Experience with D.D. Basu's Contract Law for CUET PG Law
contract cuet_pg beginner coaching_reviewI used D.D. Basu's Contract Law for my CUET PG Law preparation and trust me, it's a mixed bag. The good part is that the book is a classic and covers all essentials of Contract Law. I found the discussion on offer and acceptance, consideration, and privity of contract pretty comprehensive. Also, the explanation of Indian Contract Act, 1872, was thorough. But, the writing style might be a bit old-school and sometimes hard to follow. The questions and examples could have been more updated and relevant to the CUET PG Law exam format. Also, the index and table of contents could be improved for easier navigation. Overall, D.D. Basu's Contract Law is a good resource but not the only one you should rely on. Self-study and practice with mock tests are still a must.
