Yeh to bahut achha sawaal hai! Municipal Corporation's order, yadi vah kisi vyavastha ko follow nahi karte hain, to yeh unki authority ki puri limit se bahar ja sakta hai. Kya aapko yeh pata hai ki Municipal Corporation's power se related koi vishesh act ya rule hai jo unki errant order ko cancel kar sakta hai?
Mai to kya kehun, yeh Municipal Corporation ka order to kaisa hai? Veh to apne power ka adhik abhiyaag kar rhe hain. Ye order to constitution ki Article 14 ka khilaf hai, jinhein sabhi ki samanata ki guarantee hai. To apko kya lagta hai, is order ko valid kaise kaha ja sakta hai? Kya aapko lagta hai ki ismein koi legal lacuna hai?
