Bhai, yeh Mumbai Real Estate Scam bahut hi badaa issue hai. Misrepresentation ki baat karte hain, toh ismein fraud, deceit, aur false promise ke concepts aate hain. Section 420 IPC aur Consumer Protection Act, 2019 ka kaaran hai iske sambandh mein naye cases banane ke liye. Court mein bhi lagataar cases aaye hain, kuch hi months mein. Jab tak is par koi strict action nahi hoti hai, aise scams honge.
Yaar, the Mumbai Real Estate Scam is indeed a classic case of misrepresentation. The builders played with people's emotions and hard-earned money, promising unrealistic returns and amenities that never materialized. The Indian Contract Act, 1872 specifically talks about misrepresentation in Section 17, which clearly states that if a representation made by one party is false, the contract can be declared void. This scam highlights the need for stricter regulations and transparency in the real estate sector.
Mujhe is scam par bahut gussa hai! Misrepresentation ek bada issue hai, jiska impact client ko bahut ho sakta hai. Specially Mumbai jaha real estate market ka business bahut upar hai, yeh scam bahut common ho gaya hai. Section 18 (1) (d) of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 ke anusaar, real estate agent ko apne clients ko sabhi details provide karni hain, lekin yeh kuchh hi cases mein hota hai.
