Got this one question from Section A - "State the essential characteristics of a trademark." Had to dig deep in the textbooks and came up with 'distinctiveness', 'novelty', and 'registrability'. Wrote a whole essay but got nervous and forgot to mention 'descriptiveness'. Don't know why I even remembered that word, haven't heard it on the streets since my Delhi University days. Scored 60% in that section, still trying to figure out how. On the bright side, finally got a grasp on the difference between patent and utility model.
Questions like these always make me think of Krrish 3 - how Hrithik Roshan manages to save the world from an alien invasion, it's like he's fighting for his patent rights or something.
