Mock Test Fail: My Journey Through Administrative Law

admin general intermediate experience_share

Yeh kya hua? I just appeared for a mock test and got a score of 68%... not great, right? I studied for a month, but when it came to the actual test, I felt like I was lost in a maze. I got only 70% in the administrative law section.

Firstly, I got the definition of administrative law completely wrong (I wrote it as 'law made by bureaucrats, not the Constitution'). Then, the questions on judicial review were a nightmare. I was trying to remember all the cases - Supdt. & Remembrancer of Government of W.B vs. Ananda Bahadur Bagali, State of U.P vs. Raj Narain - but my brain just froze.

The questions on delegation of powers were also tricky. I got the principle of 'delegatus non delegare potest' wrong and chose the wrong answer.

Ye mock test failure ke feelings main kya kar raha hoon? Don't worry, mere saathi, hamein lagta hai ki yeh fail toh aapke liye ek best friend hai. Yeh aapko administrative law ke dark corners dikhayega aur aapko ismein improvement ki dhamki dega. Main aapki suggestion hai ki aap apne mistakes ko analyse karen aur fir se attempt karen.
