Mock Test Experience: Tughlakabad Triangle of Tussle
family ts_lawcet advanced experience_shareDude, so I took this mock test for TS LAWCET and I was super nervous. They asked 20 questions in 60 minutes. Questions were from Family Law, and I gotta say, some of them were tricky. Like, what's the difference between a 'wife' and a 'spouse' in a Hindu Marriage Act? And don't even get me started on 'divisible property' โ it's like, who thought this was a good idea?
Anyway, here are a few questions:
Q. In a Hindu Marriage Act, what is the minimum age of consent for a girl/boy to get married? A. 18/21 years
Q. What is 'divisible property' in a Hindu Undivided Family? A. Property that can be divided equally among family members
I scored 16/20, which I guess is decent.

Bhai, I felt the same during my mock test! Tughlakabad Triangle was a total maze. I got confused between Article 19 and Fundamental Duties. And don't even get me started on the pesky Section 377 question. But, I guess that's what makes it a mock test, right? You learn from your mistakes and get ready for the real deal. Good luck, guys!
