Mock Test Experience - Property Law/TPA

I just completed a mock test for Judicial Services and I'm still fuming. Had my heart set on 150+, but ended up with a paltry 127/200. Now I'm reeling under the pressure of revising for the exams.

Test duration: 3 hours. Paper consisted of 100 objective questions (MCQs) covering The Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, and Limitation Act. Some questions were doable, but others left me puzzled. Here are my weak areas:

• Section 59 TPA: Why do people hate this section? Still can't understand the nuances of 'transfer by unregistered document'.
• Registration Act: Always get confused between Section 17 and 49A RA - when to apply and when not.
• Limitation Act: Time limits and condonation applications - still a grey area for me.

Need to work on these areas ASAP.
