Mock Test Experience: Criminal Law ka Dhamaka

Last weekend, I gave a mock test and I must say, it was a nightmare. Criminal Law section was like a ticking time bomb – I didn't know which question was gonna blow my entire test. I got only 60 questions out of 90 right in IPC/ BNS part. One question that got me was about Section 302 IPC - murder. I thought I had it clear in my notes, but the question was like "A commits murder by pushing B from a building. B dies after 6 days in hospital. Is it murder or manslaughter?" I knew the general principle, but wasn't sure about the 'time limit' part.

Another question that tripped me up was regarding Section 375 IPC - rape. The question was tricky and asked about the 'degree of hurt' required to prove rape.
