Bhai, I disagree. While Kohli ke company law tips are useful, I think we're overhyping mnemonics. Acronyms can only take you so far. It's the actual knowledge and practice that matters. We need to focus more on in-depth understanding of company law concepts, like Memorandum of Association aur Articles of Association, rather than just relying on catchy mnemonics.
