- S: Statutory rights - yeh hai owner ke rights jo government rules ke hisaab se hota hai.
- A: Abandonment rights - yeh hai owner ke rights jab woh property ko chhodte hain.
- R: Restrictive rights - ismein yeh hai jo owner ke liye property ka upyog karna mushkil karta hai.
- A: Access rights - yeh hai is rights ke liye jismein public ya owner access ka right rakh sakta hai.

Bhai, mnemonics ke liye maine kuch tips aur tricks find kiye hain. TPA pe maine ek yaad dilaane wala formula bana hai: "Tough People Attack". Har harvach main 'T', 'P', aur 'A' ke liye ek example think hain aur wo sab milakar kuchh yaad bhi ho jaata hai. Bilkul helpful hai, mere friends ke saath use aaya hai.
Arre yaar, I don't think mnemonics are the answer to TPA (Transfer of Property Act). These are complex concepts, can't just be simplified with some fancy acronyms. Students need to understand the nuances of the Act, like the concept of 'property' itself. Just remembering a few words won't help them apply the law in a real-life scenario. I think our focus should be on deep understanding, not just rote learning.
