Mnemonics for Memorizing Company Types

company clat_ug intermediate study_tip

Okay, so I know company law can be super tedious, but I found this one trick that helped me get through it. You know how there are all these types of companies - private, public, one-person, etc.? I made a little mnemonic for myself: "Papas Panchayat Ka Paisa" - Papas is for Private, Panchayat for Public, Ka for One Person (or Karta), and Paisa for Partnership. This way, I could remember all the types of companies with just one silly sentence. I mean, it's not rocket science, but it sure made studying easier. Has anyone else got any similar tricks up their sleeve?

Maine yeh point discuss kiya tha kya? Mnemonics ke liye yeh formula use kar sakte hain: "C-Corporation Comes Clear", "S-Corporation Saves Taxation", "LLC Limited Liability Comes", "Sole Proprietorship Single Person Owns". Agar aapko yeh kaafi aasan lagta hai to aap isse use kar sakte hain.

Mujhe lagta hai ki mnemonics hamesha nahi helpful hote, especially jab main company law mein padh raha hoon. Maine dekha hai ki jo people mere jaise hain jo problems ke saath padhne ki koshish karte hain, unhein lagta hai ki company types ko remember karne ke liye "Many Private Pub Owners Reap Riches" jaise mnemonic use karna chahiye.
