Mnemonic for Article 21: Right to Life

constitutional clat_ug intermediate study_tip

Maine apne papa se seekha hai, jo lawyer hain, ki yeh Article 21 ka sabse bada power point hai. Yeh 21st Article kaha hai, toh maine isey "21st Decade" banaya hai. Yeh ek decade hai, jisme sabse pehle 20th century ka last year tha aur phir 21st century ka pahala year tha, jisme right to life ka concept aaya. Toh maine 5 important points banaye: D - death penalty ka restriction, C - custodial violence, E - environment and right to life, A - abortion and right to privacy, D - dignity and self respect. Yeh memory trick mujhe CLAT UG mein badi madad kiya. Kya aapke paas koi aur memory trick hai?

Saala, I use a simple one - 'Life mein, Liberty to hain, Protection aur Justice milen'. Easy peasy, even a beginner can remember Article 21! Aur, I also recall that Right to Life ke under, life ke sabhi aspects covered hain - physical, mental, social, etc. Just remember this one line, aur tum Article 21 ko easily forget karoge nahi!

"Yaar, for Article 21, mein kuch tips hai. 'Life' ka shabda 1-2-1 hi hai, bas unka rahna hai kis tarah. So, 'L' hai 'Liberation' ya 'Life' ki shuruat, 'I' hai 'Inviolable' ya jeevan ki suraksha, aur 'F'E' hai 'Essential' ya jeevan ki aavashyakata, aur 'E' 'Exists' ya jeevan ka moolbhoot.

Yeay, finally we're on human rights! So, we all know the classic mnemonic for Article 21: "LIFE" = Liberty, Integrity, Freedom, Equality. But here's a bonus one: "My Life's In Full Effort". This one's catchy and easy to remember, guys!
