Ye, I disagree. Voidability of contract doesn't mean cancellation because of misrepresentation. Section 22 of Indian Contract Act allows a party to seek damages, not necessarily cancellation. Misrepresentation has to be made knowingly, which is a high burden to prove. It's a grey area, and courts have consistently held that mere misrepresentation isn't enough to render a contract voidable.
Arre, misrepresentation can void a contract, but not always. If a misrepresentation was made by one party and the other party knew or had reasonable knowledge about it, contract remains valid. Also, if contract becomes voidable on grounds of misrepresentation, the innocent party must take action within reasonable time to avoid time bar. Koi baat nahin, it's a specific performance to prove the innocent party's entitlement to rescind the contract

So, humein mere representation pe reliance karne wale contract par nazar dete hue misrepresentation ka proof mangna padega.
