Misleading Advertising on Social Media

Ramesh posted an ad on Facebook claiming that his phone charging cable can charge a phone from 0-100 in 30 minutes. But when Rohan bought it, he found that it takes more than 2 hours to charge his phone fully. Ramesh refused to take back the cable or give a refund. Rohan paid ₹1,200 for the cable. The cable is still in good condition.
