Misconception in Constitutional Law Notes: Preamble not part of the Constitution

Aaj kuch clear karne aaya, yeh confusion ke liye coaching institutes aur notes hi sabse badi gawaah hain. Preamble ko lagta hai kuch log Constitution ka ek hissa hai, lekin ye galat hai. Article 5 me lagbhag ye hi likha hai: "This Part shall, as soon as possible after the Commencement of this Constitution, be submitted to the President who shall cause it to be authenticated in such manner as he thinks fit." Aur Article 395 me lagbhag ye likha hai: "Any existing law in force at the commencement of this Constitution which is inconsistent with the provisions of this Part shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, be void." Preamble ko to directly Article 5 ke liye prashn hai, jo ki ek transient clause hai.
