Bhai, yeh to theek hai ki CPC keh kar log civil procedure code ka dimag lagate hain, lekin CPC ka full form code of civil procedure hai. Isse koi confusion toh nahin honi chahiye. Lekin koi baat hai ki yeh Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ka naam hai, aur yeh Indian law mein civil procedure ke rules aur provisions ka ek mahatvapurn Code hai.
