MH CET Law: Tax Law syllabus needs an overhaul, yaaar!

Okay, I know this might sound crazy, but hear me out. I think the current Tax Law syllabus for MH CET is so outdated, it's like watching an old Bollywood movie and expecting the protagonist to wear a suit like that in real life. I mean, where's the emphasis on GST, yaaar? It's like they're teaching us about the Bombay Rent Act while we're all living in a world where people are arguing about property prices in Worli. We need to bring in some current topics, some real-life examples, some memes even! I mean, have you seen the memes about GST? It's all like "GST hai toh kya??" But seriously, we need to focus more on international taxation, BEPS, all that jazz. MH CET can do better, it has to!

Arey yaar, I understand the sentiment, but overhaul might be a bit too drastic. What about fine-tuning the existing syllabus instead? Let's not forget our students have to deal with actual tax laws post-graduation, not some hypothetical textbook version. A more balanced and focused approach would be beneficial. Can we start by revisiting the weightage of different topics? That'll give us a clearer picture, and then we can discuss a possible overhaul.
