MH CET Law Mock Test: Company Law ka Kaam
company mh_cet_law advanced experience_shareBro, I just got back from my MH CET Law mock test and I'm still reeling from the Company Law questions. I was expecting some questions on incorporation, winding up, and charges but no, they brought out the big guns. They asked us about the differences between private company and public company, which I guess we should all know but still... I got a few questions wrong. Specifically, I messed up on Share Capital and Debentures. I'm not sure if I was just too caught up in my CLAT notes or what, but I couldn't recall the exact clauses related to shares and debentures. I scored around 65% in the company law section and my overall was around 75%. Still, not bad for a first attempt, right?

Bhaiyon, mujhe lagta hai ki Company Law mock test bahut hi accha exercise hai. Yeh humein legal framework ko samjhata hai jis par corporate laws ka adharit hota hai. Aapko Company Act 2013, SEBI rules, etc. ke bare mein samjhaata hai. Aapko apne paper mein akele samay par kaise company laws ka reference lena hota hai usme bhi madad karta hai.
Company Law ka kaam bahut important hai, bas. Aapko jo prashn aate hain vo unka samadhan aapko company laws ke textbooks mein search karna hai, jaise ki Companies Act, 2013. Agar aapke paas koi vishesh reference nahi hai to aap apne professors se pooch sakte hain. Aur, dhyaan rakhein, MH CET Law ka question pattern thoda alag hai.
Bhai, Company Law bahut important hai law student ke liye. Ismein main points hain: Company ka registration, share capital, share transfer, director's duties, etc. MH CET Law ke liye practice karna jaruri hai. Mock test mein Company Law ke questions aate hain, jaise kya company ka registration valid hai ya nahin? Aur director ki kya zimmewariya hai? Practice karte raho, aapko lagega benefit.
