Mere Coaching Ki Dhokha - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of Contract Law

I used to think that Dr. K S Bhatia's book and videos were the holy grail of contract law coaching, but after my internship, I realized they're more like a theoretical foundation. In theory, the book explains the law perfectly, but applying it to real-life cases is where I struggled. His videos are good for a quick revision, but I found them too lengthy and boring at times. For example, his 2-hour video on the concept of consideration was a snooze fest. But, his book's explanations on privity of contract and third-party rights were spot on and really helpful. Overall, a decent coaching material, but don't expect it to prepare you for the judicial services exam or a live courtroom.
