Mera Ghar Main Mera Neta: The Utter Chaos of Property Law

Main to sochta tha ki Property Law koi simple aur straightforward hai, par jab main internship par gaya to pata chala ki kuch aur hai. TPA (Transfer of Property Act) mein rules, exceptions, and more rules, sab kuch hain. Kahan jaane mein koi dhang se jaan lete hain, lekin Property Law mein koi rules nahi, sirf "in theory" aur "in practice" dono hi kaafi ho jaate hain. Main to yaad rakhunga ki Property Law ka ek ek shabd, "co-ownership" ka kya matlab hai, usse pehle kyon hi nahi samjhe.
