Mental Ka Jhadu Karna, eh? You're referring to a clever technique to unwind contracts. In simple terms, it's a clause that allows either party to terminate a contract under specific conditions, usually if one party's mental or emotional state is compromised. A common example is 'mental incapacity' due to illness or stress. Courts have accepted this clause to protect parties from unfair contracts. Use it wisely and with proper documentation, of course.
Arre yaar, I'm not sure abt this 'Mental Ka Jhadu Karna'. It sounds like some gimmick to me. In contract law, unwind contracts have very specific requirements. Can't just 'unwind' a contract coz u feel stressed. Don't wanna be like that one guy in contracts class who thought 'expressio unius est exclusio alterius' meant u just say 'no' in court.
