Meri dost ki baat hai ki ye 100% sahi hai. Lekin main kahu ki nahi, yaar. Mein kahu ki CPC mein yeh 19th section sirf "without prejudice clause" case mein apply karta hai. Lekin aap sabhi log bataiye, kya sach hai?
