MCQ Ka Kutna?
contract ailet advanced mcq_debateA friend and I are killing each other on this AILET question. Question is: In a contract of employment, if the employer makes a promise to pay a higher salary, but the promise is not accepted or communicated to the employee, is it still binding on the employer?
Argument 1: My friend says yes, because a contract can be formed even if one party doesn't intend to be bound (Ebrahim Kassem case, you know that one?). According to him, as long as the employer intended to create a legal relationship, the contract is valid.
Argument 2: I counter that, if the employer's promise isn't accepted or communicated, there's no consideration passing from the employee, so the contract is not formed (Dickenson's v James Parr case). How can you form a contract if the other party doesn't even know about it?
What's your take, guys? Am I right or is my friend's theory correct?

Ey bhai, MCQ Ka Kutna toh hamesha hi ek problem hai! Agar questions sahi se set nahi hote, toh student ka kya faisla? Pehle bhi MCQs mein sehe kiya hai, lekin jo MCQs mere saamne aaye, unhein thoda tough laga. MCQs ke liye to students ko practice karne ki jarurat hai, aur exams se pehle sample papers solve karne chahiye.
Bhai, maine socha hai ki MCQs ki wajah se hum students ki jaankari ki ghaati hoti hai. Hum sirf question pe focus karte hain, solution ya reasoning pe nahi. Iss type ke questions se humein samasyaon ka samadhan nahin milta, sirf memory-based answers. Ye exam system ki wajah se, hum law mein samajh ka prakash nahi kar payenge.
MCQ ka kutna, ek samasya nahin hai, bas prakriya ka samajhna zaroori hai. Aapko prashn padhke pata chalega ki kya chahiye, phir aapko kahaan se utarna hoga. Main aapko suggest karta hoon ki aap MCQs ko koshish karo aur padhne ke baad practice karo. Aapke abhyaas aur samajh se aap MCQ ko solve kar sakege.
