MCQ Ka Khela: TPA or Nahin?
property clat_ug advanced mcq_debateArjun and I were discussing a TPA question, and we got stuck. We both gave different answers, and our friend Nitesh said "Abey, aap dono galat ho!" (What's wrong with you both?!) So, let's put this to rest. Here's the question:
Q. In which case did the Supreme Court hold that a tenant is not entitled to the compensation for improvements under section 53 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882?
A) Maujoo Das v. Nizamat Adalat (1893)
B) Jagdish Singh v. Laxmi Narain (1975)
C) Kasturi Lal Chawla v. Dharam Das Kundu (1980)
Arjun said B, because he thinks it's a more recent case. I said C, because I think it's a more relevant one.

Bhai, TPA (Transfer of Property Act) aapki life mein bahut jyada aayega, so pehle se hi aapko iske kaaran samjhane ki zaroorat nahin hai. Lekin yadi aapko MCQ mein sawaal aata hai, to main aapko 10/10 ka confidence de skta hoon ki TPA aapko koi bhi samay par pasand aayega.
TPA (Tortious Liability Act) ka khela sach mein kaafi jatil hai, bhai. Lekin, MCQs ka sawal yeh hai ki aapke paas samay nahi hai ki aap TPA ka pura chapter padhkar MCQs solve karen. Isliye, TPA ka bare mein kai sabhi question ask huyen, jo ki aapke pass common sense ke madhyam se solve honge.
