Bhai yaar, Tort of Negligence ke question mein 10/10 marks ka dabav hoga. Example mein, koi doctor ko patient ko dene ka wrong medicine dena, jo unhein mar jaane ki wajah ban jata hai. Ismein doctor ne apni duty se galti ki hai, to yeh hinsa ke liye doosri shreni ka kaam karti hai. Lekin, kya doctor ne jyada savi ki warning dene ka avsar miss kiya?
