SEBI ko company ke regulation ke liye power milna chahiye, isse company ke share holders ko sahi jagah se haqdaari milti hai. MCA aur SEBI dono regulatory bodies hain. MCA ka focus share capital aur company registration pe hota hai, jabki SEBI ki focus securities market aur investors ke protection pe hoti hai. Agar aap securities market mein invested hain, toh SEBI ka regulation aapke liye better hai. Lekin, agar company formation aur share transfer related issues hain, toh MCA ka regulation aapke liye better hai.
