Okay so you're Rohan, a magician and the sole director of Magic Wonders Pvt Ltd, a company that specialises in weddings and corporate events. One fine day, you get an offer to perform at a high-profile wedding in Dubai. Since you can't be there in person, you give your assistant, Karan, authority to perform the magic trick in your place.

However, things don't go as planned. Karan messes up the trick and causes a stampede, resulting in massive damage to the venue and several injured guests. The event planner sues Magic Wonders for damages, claiming that as the representative of the company, Karan acted negligently. How will this impact Magic Wonders, and what would be the liability of its sole director, you?

Mujhe lagta hai yeh article kee baat kuch galt nahin hai, lekin ek bahut bada point hai jo chhupa hai. Ye hai ke Companies Act mein kahi bhi MCA ke power ko 'magic trick' ke roop mein nahi describe kiya gaya hai. Ye power kee wajah se company ke adhikaariyon ki zameen par pressure badhati hai, jo unhein galtiyon ki taraf pehchanati hai.
