Mastering Evidence Act: A Mixed Bag with CLAT PG Study Materials

So let's talk about those CLAT PG study materials. I recently tried out a comprehensive guide for Evidence Act (Sec 74-113) and I must say, the explanations were spot on - clear and concise. The diagrams and flowcharts helped in understanding the complicated sections like Sec 104. But, when it comes to practice questions, the material fell short. The questions were pretty basic, nothing challenging. And don't even get me started on the lack of MCQs. For BSA, it was a different story altogether. The material was super dry and I found myself snoozing over the sections on relevancy. If you're a super slow reader like me, be prepared to take notes and cross-reference multiple sources. Overall, a decent but not outstanding resource for Evidence Act practice.
