Mastering Company Law for AILET: An Honest Review
company ailet beginner coaching_reviewI used the 'Company Law Master' coaching material, it's alright, but not mind-blowing. Their explanation of Memorandum of Association (MOA) is really good, I liked how they broke down the various clauses and explained the difference between Article and Clauses (Article 17, Clause 3 etc. - see Section 5 of the Companies Act, 2013, Act No. 18 of 2013). Their sample papers are helpful, but the questions can be a bit confusing, not entirely AILET-type. Also, I wished they had more focus on Interpretation Clauses of the Companies Act (like Section 2) as it's really important to understand the underlying concepts. For someone like me who's already read the Companies Act cover to cover, it's not too useful. But overall, it's a good starting point for beginners.

Yaar, I found this book decent for AILET prep, but only if you're a beginner in company law. The explanations are straightforward, and the examples are relevant. My only gripe is that it doesn't cover some exam-specific topics. Still, it's a good starting point. Make sure to supplement with lecture notes or other study materials to get a well-rounded understanding. 3.5/5 from me, would recommend for AILET aspirants who are new to company law.
Mastering Company Law ke liye aapko ek achhi study material ki zaroorat hoti hai. Is review se pata chalta hai ki AILET students ko Company Law ke bare me aisa study material mil raha hai jo unhein exam ke liye tayyar karega. Review ka ek point yeh hai ki book me sahi aur accurate information di gayi hai. Students ko iska fayda hoga. AILET ke liye Company Law ka study karna zaroori hai.
Hey guys, just wanted to add my two paise to this discussion. I'm in the same boat, AILET prep. I totally agree with 'studious' that the book 'Mastering Company Law' is a lifesaver, but I think we need to be honest with ourselves - it's more of a reference book, not a textbook. Make sure to supplement it with practice questions and past papers.
