Marriage & Mergers - When Family Law Meets MNCs

So, you know how mergers and acquisitions in MNCs happen? Well, it's kinda like a family law situation. Just like how two companies need to agree on terms and conditions to merge, a couple needs to understand and agree on the terms and conditions of their marriage. In family law, this is called a 'marital contract'. It's like a pre-nup, but not exactly. You see, when a company merges, the stakeholders (shareholders, employees, etc.) have certain expectations and rights. Similarly, in a marriage, both partners have certain expectations and rights.
