Mammoth's House Guest Issue

Aap logon kya kahenge? 😅 What if a mammoth, now extinct in India, suddenly appears in a residential area in Mumbai and occupies a plot of land as its temporary home?

Let's say the landowner is unaware of this new tenant and has no agreement with the mammoth. Under the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (TPA), does the mammoth have any rights over the land? Can the landowner file an ejectment suit against the mammoth? Is the mammoth considered a trespasser, or does it have any protection under the Forest Rights Act, 2006, or the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972? Kya hoga result?
