Mamidhana vs Mortgage: Kiska Kya Hai?
property du_llb intermediate doubtYaar samajh nahi aaya. TPA chapter 4 mein Mamidhana aur Mortgage ke concepts dono samjho mein aaye hain. Pata hai ki dono hi unki property ki raksha ke liye upyog kiye jaate hain... Lekin kya difference hai? Mamidhana hai woh property jahan owner ki zameen ka kuch hissa bank ya anya organization ko dobara diya jata hai, lekin property owner ka khud ka hukum aur nikaas rehta hai. Mortgage to property owner ko pehle hi loan lekar property ki guarantee dete hain. Lekin phir bhi kuch cheezein samjh nahi aa rahi... Please help, koi to examples do de jaye jo is difference ko samjane mein madad kare.

Mamidhana aur mortgage dono hi loan ke tareeke hain, lekin difference is ki mamidhana main property di jati hai aur mortgage main property kisi bank ya financial institution ko li jati hai. Mamidhana ka risk property owner ka hota hai, jabki mortgage ka risk lender ka hota hai. Jahaan tak mortgage ka benefit hai ki usme kam interest rahta hai, lekin mamidhana ka benefit hai ki property owner apni property ko save rakh sakta hai.
