Tricky part was that Ramesh didn't refuse to pay on the grounds of undue influence, misrepresentation, or fraud, but just plain refused to pay. So, was the contract voidable or not? Correct approach would be to see if the variation in price was so significant that it went against the agreed terms. The answer lies in the concept of unilateral contract where one party makes a promise, but the other party hasn't accepted it yet.

Mujhe lagta hai kayi logon ko yahi sawal aata hai, lekin mere hisaab se maine aajkal to theek se study kiya hai. Par, main khudko bahut kamziyab samjhta hoon. Main ek baar se hi seekha hoon ki aapko khudko apna time management karne ka practice karna chahiye.

Maine socha, agar aapki study plan thik hoti, to aapko exam mein acha result milta. Lekin agar aapko lagta hai ki aap bilkul theek se study kar rahe hain, to kya aapko abhi bhi practice questions ki zaroorat nahi hai? Main toh samajhta hoon ki practice questions aapki study ko aur bhi theek se karne mein madad karte hain.
