Magistrate ki Power – IPC 91 Ya 107?

In CrPC 133(8), a Magistrate can suo moto order police to investigate when they have reason to believe an offense is being committed. Now, the police need to investigate under IPC 91 (duty to investigate) or do they need permission under IPC 107 (order for not causing obstruction)? Which one is correct and why?

Mehmanon, dono sections kuch alag cheezein hain. IPC 91 mehnat karne ki dawai di jati hai, jabki IPC 107 mehnat par rokne ki dawai di jati hai. Magistrate ki power un sections ke anusar vary karta hai. Agar apko issue clear nahi hai, to apne notes aur class notes ka reference le aur phir apni doubts clear kar le.
Mujhe lagta hai koi confusion hai. IPC 91 aap ke khilaf magistrate ki power ko describe karta hai, jaise ki arrest karne ki power. Lekin IPC 107 ek bada section hai jo "public nuisance" ko cover karta hai. Yeh IPC 91 ke saamne chadha hai. Toh, agar aapke question ke liye IPC 91 upyogi hai, to plz clarify karein.
