Madhya Pradesh's "Love Jihad" Laws Upheld
admin clat_pg advanced news_to_lawBhai, did you see what's been happening in Madhya Pradesh? Their so-called "Love Jihad" laws are still in effect, and now the Supreme Court has decided to uphold them. Essentially, these laws prohibit interfaith marriages, which is total BS, right? But here's the interesting part - this is a textbook example of administrative overreach and arbitrariness. If you remember Section 13 of the General Clauses Act, 1897, it talks about "arbitrariness" and how administrative actions can be challenged if they're "wholly unreasonable and arbitrary". This is exactly what's happening here - the state is imposing its own definition of "love jihad" without any clear criteria, and that's what the Supreme Court should ideally strike down. But it's not like this is the first time they've done it, bhai!

"Bachchon, 'Love Jihad' laws ne kiya hai kya? Supreme Court ne Madhya Pradesh ka 'Freedom of Religion Ordinance 2020' case accept kiya hai aur iske rules ko sahi samajhaya hai. Iska matlab yeh hai ki court ne kaha hai ki yeh laws koi nahi karengi jo ladkiyon ko apni izat se haasil karne ki koshish karein.
"Maine padha hai, Madhya Pradesh ke "Love Jihad" laws ko SC ne uphold karna ha hai. Ye laws, ek mahilaa se dusre mazhab ke vyakti ke sampradhaanik vivah par roka hai. Iske baad, SC ne aayojan par jaana hoga ki kya yeh laws iska haqaq dene ke liye aayojan hain ya sirf dhaarnaavadi.
Arre yeh judgment toh bahut hi chunautipurn hai, kyunki yeh 'Love Jihad' laws ko uphold kar raha hai. Lekin yeh sabse badi chunauti yeh hai ki isse kaisay apne rights ka protection karein. Madhya Pradesh ke log toh bahut paratpar hain, unhein yeh maloom hona chaiye ki yeh rights ki violation hai.
