Limited Time Constitutional Law Study
constitutional general intermediate schedule_helpYaaar, I'm stuck with Constitutional Law for General Law and the time constraint is killing me. I have only 4-5 weeks to cover the entire syllabus and I'm freaking out. My plan is to focus on the basics like Fundamental Rights (Article 14-35), Directive Principles (Article 36-51), and some key judicial pronouncements like Kesavananda Bharati and Golaknath. I also plan to make notes on the structure and functioning of the Indian Constitution, and maybe highlight some important Supreme Court judgments related to judicial review. But, honestly, I'm not sure if this is enough. Should I be focusing on other areas like constitutional amendments, or the separation of powers between the legislature, executive, and judiciary? Any tips or advice would be super helpful, yaaar.
Bhai, I totally agree that a limited time Constitutional Law study is a necessary evil. In today's fast-paced law exam scene, we can't afford to focus on just theoretical concepts. We need to understand the practical aspects and recent judgments as well. I propose we use this time to focus on recent case laws, amendments and how they've affected our Constitution.
