Limited Liability Partnership's (LLP) Suit for Suits

cpc general advanced discussion

Meh bro, ek question hai. Ye hamaare textbook me likha hua hai ki Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) ko court mein suit karna zaroori hai jab unka member koi dispute mein involved ho, lekin bas kuchh cases mei. Lekin kya yeh theek hai? Kyun ki yeh hai ki agar koi partner court mein suit karta hai, toh woh doosre partner ko bhi included karega, fir ye case LLP ke against bhi kya hai?

Toh kya hai, yeh koi nai rule ni? Ya phir to koi legal issue ni? Koi meri perspective se khilaaf hai toh comment karein.

(Ask fellow students) Arey bhai, kya aapke coaching class mei yeh topic aaya hai?

Additional info: Dosto, aapko pta hai ki LLp mein jo suits hain, woh ek special type hai. Ismein partners ka personal liability limit hota hai. Ye aapke business mein risk ko reduce karta hai. Lekin, jab bhi issue aata hai, to court ke paas case karna padta hai. Ismein court expenses aur lawyer ki fees chukana padta hai. Toh, LLP mein suits hone par company ki property aur assets bhi secure hote hain.
