Hey fellow students, I think limitation periods under law of torts are indeed long overdue for a reform. The current system of 3 years for personal injuries and 6 years for property damage is woefully inadequate, especially in cases of historical wrongdoing. With growing awareness of systemic injustices, it's high time we rethink these arbitrary deadlines to ensure accountability and justice for all!
