Lease for a fixed period under Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1948 ka faisla karta hai ki lease khatam hone ke baad property owner isko kisi bhi wajah se khali nahi kar sakta. Lekin Indian Easements Act, 1882 ka Article 108 yeh kaha hai ki property owner koi bhi wajah ke saath apne property mein entry ke right ko banata hai. Toh kya hai yeh faisla? Should the rights of a lease for a fixed period under the Lease and Rent Control Act prevail over the rights of a landlord to create easements or not?
