Lease Deed aur TPA ka Connection Kya?

Kya koi ek case hai, jahaan lease deed ke maamle mein tenant ne rights ka istemaal kiya hai, aur uska reliance TPA par tha.
Yah case maine dekha tha, Rajdeep v/s Jyoti Builders, 2020 SCC Online SC 1119, lekin kuchh part confuse hain. Mere paas lagta hai ki TPA under section 34 kya kehta hai, ki property dealer ko uski jyadatar duties perform karni hain.

Maine apne Legal drafting notes padhne mein TPA (Tenancy Protection Act, 1950) ka lease deed ke saath connection dekha hai. TPA ke under, ghar par rahte hain logon ko apne premises se nikalne ke liye notice period ki zaroorat hoti hai, jo lease deed mein shamil hota hai. Isse lagataar rent payment aur property maintenance ke liye ek fixed notice period ka framework milta hai.
Bhai logon, yeh sochne se thoda aasaar hi hai ki Lease Deed aur TPA (Tenancy Protective Association) ka connection kuch nahin hai. Lekin sach to yeh hai ki Lease Deed me tenancy ke terms aur conditions shamil ho sakte hain. To, TPA ka role yeh hota hai ki vah tenancy ke rules ko pura karna aur tareeke se samjhauton ko suljhaane ka kaam karta hai.
