Law of Torts Nightmare
torts ailet beginner resource_requestBuddy, I'm drowning in torts for AILET prep. I've tried "Law of Torts" by Ratanlal, but the language is so archaic, I feel like I'm reading a 19th-century novel. I've also got "Law of Torts" by D.K. Jain, but it's just a bunch of theorems and formulas that I can barely relate to. I've even watched video lectures by some AILET toppers, but they're more focused on formulaic answers than actual understanding. I desperately need some good notes or a book that breaks down torts in a way that makes sense to me! Does anyone have some recommendations? I'm so overwhelmed with CPC and CrPC still stuck in my head, torts is just a different level of complexity.
