Last-Minute Tort Law Rescue
torts general advanced schedule_helpI'm struggling to cover Tort Law for the General Law paper and I have about a month left for the exam. My current plan is to cover all the sections and cases in my notes, make flashcards for key terms and principles, and practice past year questions. I'm planning to dedicate at least 3 hours a day for the next 2 weeks and 4 hours a day for the next week to focus on Tort Law.
My doubts are - is this a realistic plan? Will I be able to cover all the cases and still have time for revision? Will making flashcards really help or is it a waste of time? I've always found that I remember cases better if I connect them to real-life scenarios, so I was thinking of making some examples. Should I do that or focus on memorizing the cases?
